Lightroom/Photoshop Updates in Creative Cloud App

I subscribed to the Lightroom Classic/Photoshop package about a month ago.  Do these programs automatically update in the background and notify me or do I have to initiate an upgrade?  How does the process work?  Thanks for any help.

Hi there,

Creative Cloud App automatically updates it's app if you have turned on auto updates in the Preferences > Apps dialog as shown below:

However, if you're not seeing any update then you can manually updates the apps by opening the Creative Cloud app.

Thanks Sahil.  I changed the slider to allow auto updates.
