Lightroom photoshop

Can anyone tell me what the problem is,

my RAW photo is way too red but my navigation is normal, and when I open the photo the colors are good

I also have the same problem in photoshop

Hello - your screen shot shows a profile is applied to  this image. If you turn  off the profile  and then view the image what does it look like? If you try to apply a preset in the left column under the navigation  window does the effect apply  there?
