I need someone to help me. I recently cancelled my photography plan and went with the All Apps Plan for $39.99 a month. Every since I switched plans, I don't have any of my luts presets (I created) any. Is there a way to retrieve it all back?
I also sold my laptop that I used the Photography Plan on weeks ago. I am now using a build pc.
Lightroom Classic presets are stored locally on your computer, so this probably has nothing to do with switching plans but with switching computers. Do you have a backup of what was on the laptop? If not, I wouldn't know a way to retrieve your presets.
