Lightroom Presets Not Saving - HELP

I did the recent update - lost many of my presets.

The main one I use was part of that - so I opened an old edited photo in which that preset was used and tried to 'create preset' and it just doesnt show up. I found the old preset in a folder and tried to import but it gives me the error "already imported".

-I checked the "+" sympol in the preset tab and 'manage' and everything is checked that I want on there.

-I have checked the box that says "show partially compatible deveop presets" in the presets preference tab and still nothing.

-Did all the restart things as well.

I am guessing that something in my preset doesnt work with the update? HALP.

Attatched a screenshot of the new develop preset tab - is something different on here??

Please post your System Information as Lightroom Classic (LrC) reports it. In LrC click on Help, then System Info, then Copy. Paste that information into a reply. Please present all information from first line down to and including Plug-in Info. Info after Plug-in info can be cut as that is just so much dead space to us non-Techs.
