Lightroom presets won’t install what do I do?

Hello adobe community. I bought Lightroom presets, and did the usual install process, and one xmp file won't install, and I don't know what to do, On Lightroom it says "not a valid file" and on Lightroom classic it has an error and it says:   "unable to import presets, the XMP metadata for the file contained no settings." please tell me there's a fix for this or a way around as I've been pulling my hair over this trying to figure out what to do since this morning, thank you.

You will have to ask the supplier. But I also could not install Glass.xmp , and if you open it with a text editor (Windows Notepad) you will find it does, in fact, not appear to contain any obvious Develop settings.

Thanks for checking the file for me, I thought it was just on my end

I've contacted the merchant and she sent me a working xmp preset
