Sorry that the latest version of Lightroom is restarting your computer everytime you use the app.

Which version of Lightroom are you using? Lightroom Classic v10.0 or Lightroom Desktop v4.0?

Do you get any crash report before the computer restarts? To start with troubleshooting, please disable the use of GPU in Lightroom manually as mentioned in thi article https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-classic/kb/troubleshoot-gpu.html#solution-2 and let us know how it goes.
