Lightroom V10.1 performance is TERRIBLE on Mac OS Big Sur

Dreadfully slow; regular lock ups; practically unusable.  Anyone have any ideas?

I have the same problem. Very unhappy about it. Just got my full frame camera n now I am spending hours on LR to reopen after it crashes for 10th time in one setting. 😖😖😖😖

Can't replicate on this end but there are known bug(s) whereby on Mac, LR runs very slowly and Adobe is aware of this and is working on it. In the meantime, try loading the sRGB profile installed (by Photoshop), as the display profile in System Preferences>Display>Color. Then try again; any better speed wise? If so, it would be useful to know more about your Mac hardware.
