Lightroom Won't Export Properly Now after Creative Cloud upgrade

Hi folks, I got Creative Cloud yesterday and find when I go to use my Lightroom now it will edit an image and export it, but upon export the edits are removed from the image and I can't use some of the export features such as resizing an image.  Basically useless now.  I tried to reinstall a previous version of Lightroom which I bought but that is not working either. Any help will be appreciated.  Thanks.

You may be using the Export setting Image Format: Original:

If so, change it to JPEG or TIFF.
