Lightroom wont let me do new catalog

Hello, I'm trying to do a new catalog and the New Folder is the only available option but not the Create one. I have already erased my last version and updated it, restarted the computer, and still not working. Help!

You have cut off the screenshot at the top. Did you fill in a name for the new catalog? As long as you do not fill in a new name, you can't save a new catalog.
