I have about 25,000 photos taken in raw with my Olympic & Sony cameras that are stored in Lightroom 6. I am going to puchase an Apple 12 pro max phone which shoots in raw. Will my Lightroom 6 be able to convert them, if not what can I do?
Also, can my current raw photos be stored in the cloud?

You will probably need the FREE Adobe DNG converter to convert your RAWs to DNG and then import into Lightroom 6. (Unless the phone takes photos that are already DNG, but I don't know if your phone does that).
Lightroom 6 has no built-in cloud sharing. You might want to take a look at the cloud sharing in Lightroom Classic 10.0 (which is the direct descendant to your Lightroom 6) and also the confusingly named cloud version of Lightroom named Lightroom version 4 (which is a different species of Lightroom than your Lightroom 6).
