Lightroom Classic syncs smart previews from selected collections to the Cloud Storage these files do not utilize any of your storage allocation. Your original files remain connected to your computer.

If you use the new Lightroom (cloud-based) application and import your files there the full resolution files are synced to Cloud Storage and will apply against your storage allocation.

Danke für die Antwort. :o)

Is there a possibility to load the images into the cloud in full size via Lightroom Classic

No.

why?

Lightroom-Classic (and earlier versions) was never designed to use the 'Cloud'.

A limited sync ability only allows Sync 'UP' of proxy (smart Preview) files, and Sync 'DOWN' of Full-size files from Lightroom (Cloud).

Install Lightroom desktop as well. After you synced the images from Lightroom Classic, import them into Lightroom desktop. Lightroom desktop is clever enough to understand that these 'new' images are not new because smart previews are already in the cloud, so it will replace the smart previews with originals. Important: do not import a copy, import the original from the original location.
