Lizenz-Key für Lightroom 6 funktioniert nicht mehr

Hallo,

ich besitze seit ca. 2 Jahren die Classic-Version von Lightroom 6 (also ohne Abo, habe mich damals bewusst dagegen entschieden, dafür nutze ich die Software zu selten). Jetzt ist mein PC aber in die Jahre gekommen (war damals schon alt :-)) und ich habe mir einen neuen leistungsfähigeren PC gekauft. Beim Installieren der Software und nach der Eingabe des Keys bekomme ich aber die Fehlermeldung, dass der Key nicht zulässig ist und gesperrt wurde!

Wie kann das sein? Ich besitze eine offizielle Rechnung (über einen Händler) auf dem der Key genauso draufsteht und der ja auch noch bei der Erstinstallation funktioniert hat. Ich vermute mal (und denke leider mal wieder nur das Schlechteste von den Menschen), dass der Key nicht nur an mich verkauft wurde?!

Gibt es denn generell noch eine Möglichkeit, Lightroom 6 (ohne Abo) weiter zu nutzen? Im Internet habe ich hierzu leider keine Lösung gefunden.

Würde mich über Antworten aus der Community freuen.

The message could mean that you have more than 2 installations of this serial number, which is not allowed. All you have to do is contact Adobe and ask them to de-activate the existing installations, and then the serial number you are trying to use will work.

If you were using Lightroom 6 with a license key you would have advocated the installation on the older PC while connected and signed into your Adobe ID online. The License key allows two active installation at any time.

Now that you wish to install and activate the new PC you need to go to Adobe dot com and sign in to your Adobe a/c your user name will be the e-mail address that you used with the original activation.

If you already have two active installations then you will have to login to you a/c to deactivate one of them.

If you are unable the connect the old PC to your a/c it will have to connect Adobe support via a chat for assistance, have the license key available.
