I am running Lightroom 5 and it crashed. When I opened it back up a lot of settings changed and I also lost all my Import and Export Presets as well as my Custom Plugins. I see where the presets are located on my hard drive but I don't know how to import them back into Lightroom.
Can anyone please tell me how to import these presets and plugins back into Lightroom 5?
