Hello,

I work with

arnaudb25922269_1-1598775926352.pngand windows 10

I have a lot of pictures synchronized on line. Recently, I tagged number of photos on line with the face recognition. After that, I have many of them that seams to have sync problem. now, the number is 205 :

arnaudb25922269_2-1598776186967.pngI do not know how to finish the sync ...

I notice that the remaining photos are indicated with a double arrow logo  LR deux flèches.jpg

and the others with a single arrow LR une fleche.jpg

1/ What is the difference between the two indicators ?

2/ How can I finish the sync ?

Thank you

Arnaud

The first one means it's synced, the second that it's sycning.

Often with Sync, it's a matter of waiting.

Thank you,

I suppose waiting is normal ... but I wait since more than 2 weeks !

I tried "You can also try this: https://lightroomkillertips.com/sync-stuck/", but I'm still stuck with 245 Pictures.

By the way : the sync list does'nt indicate any error

One older option is to delete the sync data. This is in your catalog folder and has the same name as you Catalog.. so if your catalog file is Lightroom Catalog.lrcat, the sync file would be called Lightroom Catalog Sync.lrdata. You could delete this sync file (NOT the catalog file), which will force Lightroom to rebuild it. Technically it's meant to be the same process, but it could be worth a try. If you're worried, you could copy the file somewhere else first.

Same thing. It's a folder on PC and a file on Mac. I'm just looking from a Mac perspective.

Glad it's sorted. Ironically I had to do this myself yesterday.
