I import photos, click on one and it shows the version that I see in camera, then after a couple seconds, it adjusts the photo to a more saturated version, how can I keep the same flat image I see at first?

What you see first is the (camera) embedded preview. LR than needs to render its own preview to work with the image.

Actually the link posted above by @F. McLion explains how to use the newer feature in LrC for using the Embebbed JPG image that is included in every RAW file as the Used LrC preview file it doesn't, AFAICT, explain what you are actually seeing.

With every RAW file imported the First View you get is from that Embeded JPG image in the raw file. Those go away once LrC has actually created its Own Preview file from the actual RAW Data. Then that view changes.

The Embedded JPG file uses whatever In Camera Settings you had selected and will, unless all In Camera Settings are as Flat as possible, cause that Embedded image to appear slightly differnt from the RAW data. The RAW file does not use any of those settings.
