Mac or Windows? Which version of the OS?

Which exact version of Lightroom?

What happens if you log out then back in?

Follow the others suggestions.

But there is NO Lightroom CC. There was once but No longer. The Traditional version is now called Lr Classic and then the newer Cloud Based version that is called just Lightroom (and some refer to it as Lightroom Desktop).

So please in any further posts refer to the traditional version as LrC.

Please Consider including the following in your question:
Adobe product and version number
Operating system and version number
The full text of any error message (s)
What you were doing when the problem occurred
Screen shots of the problem
Computer hardware, such as CPU; GPU; the amount of RAM; etc
