Hi, LR Classic and PS_2020 on WIN10pro (1909-18363.657, i5-3500K, 8.0 GB) work very unstable -constant system freezes and crashes. I can't work. I thought about renewing my license. Can someone suggest possible solutions to the problem? Thank you.
Hi, I couldn't answer some tips, and close the topic?, but it seems that the problem was a lack of memory, and for some reason in the Windows virtual memory was disabled (pagefile.sys). I turned on the virtual memory on the system disk, and the situation with freezes and crashes of the system disappeared, I test it. It looks it need to think about increasing RAM to 16 GB. All thanks.
(Sorry for my English)
Hi David, the casket opened simply - I restored the temporary swap file on the system disk (virtual memory-PAGEFILE.SYS), the virtual memory was disabled for some reason, and the LR and PS work was restored, just in case I added 4GB of RAM (now 12 GB), while there are no problems. Thank you very much for your help and advice. Unfortunately I can't figure out how to close my question. (Sorry for my English)

SYS INFO for Diagnostic assistance
If it will stay up long enough to let you, please gather your system information as lightroom reports it.
In LRC click on Help, then System Information, then Copy.
Paste that into a reply. All info from first line down to just past plug-in info,
(typically looking at GPU driver, and Plug-ins)

Yes, sometimes there are messages about a problem with the directory, but after changing the directory, the problems with stopping and crashing the system remained.

COnstant system freezes and crashes are either a hardware malfunction or bad drivers. You need to re-install all of your drivers, and also run diagnostic checking on all of your hardware (mother board, memory, hard disks, and cooling system).

Check your RAM modules, they are usually in pairs, one may be failing and causing the crash when under stress. Over the years I have had to replace RAM on at least three occasions, it just happens.

Graphics Processor Info:
DirectX: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 (26.21.14.3200)
Sounds like a problem with the FAT or perhaps with sectors on that hard drive, run checkdsk
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 GPU Driver v432.00
out of date
Use your NVIDIA GeForce Experiance app to check and install update. per NVIDA web page, current driver is v442.19
When you do so, select custom, as to accomplish a clean install.

on your own posting, the one where you describe how you fixed it, mark it as correct, should be an option, something like that
