LR classic CC slaat foto 's op in cloud en is nu vol

Ik gebruik LR Classic CC. Nu geeft de cloud aan dat deze vol is. Ik heb alles geprobeerd om deze foto's (590 stuks) van de cloud naar mijn harde schijf te zetten. Alles is nu verwijderd uit de cloud, geeft nog steeds aan dat deze vol is! én mijn foto's in LR Classic staan met een "vraagteken" en zijn nergens meer te vinden!!! Ik wil helemaal geen foto's in de cloud, hoe deze hier komen is mij een raadsel. Hoe los ik deze problemen op? Kan Adobe dit voor mij uitzoeken en eventueel even van mij overnemen?

The images you add to Collections in Lightroom Classic get synced with the cloud storage if syncing is enabled in the application and for the collection. Also, if you use Lightroom mobile on your phone, the application syncs the images you import to the application to your cloud storage.

Would you mind going to lightroom.adobe.com to check if you see the synced images there under All Photos? Did you delete the images or move them due to which the now appear missing in the catalog in Lightroom Classic?
