LR Classic icons flood my desktop

Hey, 

I recently downloaded LR Classic to my desktop, but every time I open it and work on images, I close it out and then my desktop has about 5000 LR Classic icons all over my desktop. I also have LR CC and it doesn't do this. Does anyone know why I'm having this problem?

Right Click one of the icons and do a Get Info for Mac or probably Properties for Windows and post a screen shot.
