Does anyone else have problems with LR 7.3.1 (or 7.3) crashing after an external hard drive is used for backup or a flash drive is used to transfer images offline? With 7.3 and now 7.3.1 any time I attach an external drive of any type, complete copy or transfer and eject the media, LR crashes. With 7.3, I couldn't eject media without closing LR which required forced shut down via Windows 10..

Same problem, ejecting a card or an external drive crashes LR. Win 10 Pro, LR 7.3.1.

Some "Shadow" window opens up in the task bar. I have to kill the process in the task manager.

Rather annoying, since it has happened just now, after like 10 hours crunching data finding faces in my catalog.
