LR Stuck on edit in

Another day, another issue. In LR I am unable to use "edit in". If I select an image, that image gets stuck in LR and no matter what images I select after using "edit in"(original, copy or with LR edits) it will only send the first image.  I have to close LR in order to slect a different image.  Lr to PS.

I did, nothing. Now, today "edit in" from menu dropdown or Ctrl+E does not work at all.
