I updated my WIndows LRC 10.1.1 to 10.2 and when I attempt to open I get a Catalog error. the system will not load current catalog or even a 3 day old backup. I have reverted back to 10.1.1 and can open catalog. I can not optain any crash loags. thoughts? my machine is a Windows 10 32 gb memory on a SSD. All updates are applied to windows.

Do you get an error message? If yes please post the exact message.
Which version of Windows do you use exactly?
Have you tried to reset the lightroom preferences to the default settings?
