Sorry but to do that you need to use LR-D, the "Cloudy" version of LR. There is no way to sync LR-C

You are entitled to have Lightroom Classic installed on two computers. However, there is no way to synchronize them. The simplest process would be to have the catalog and images on an external drive that could be moved from one laptop to the other.
