LrC crashed

Hi. I have problem with my Lightroom classic. For first when I open app on iMac Lightroom cannot find my catalogs. So, I create new one and everything seems fine, but now Ligtroom still crashed after few minutes of working. Can you someone helps with that, please?

The first thing that you should try is to switch off the GPU support from the Lightroom preferences and check if that helps to fix the issue.

Go to Lightroom > Preferences > Performance tab > Uncheck "Use Graphics Processor" > Restart Lightroom.

Another step is to try to reset the Lightroom preferences.

If this doesn't help we need more informations about your environment.

• Which operating system do you use?
• Which version of Lightroom do you use?

Please post the exact version and not only phrases as "recent", "latest" and so on.

Do you get an error message? If yes, please post the exact message or an screenshot.

Hi Axel,

I did first solution and it seem everything working great now. Really thanks. I think after new update of Lightroom Classic (v 10.0) my iMac (Catalina 10.15.7) cannot find catalog and the problem began with that. So asi I wrote I made new one and LrC crashed afterm 10 minutes maybe.
