Morning, I have come to edit some pics this morning and adobe LRC is showing that the app is already running when it isnt, Ive checked end task and uninstalled/reinstalled and it still isnt working - help

Check the folder that contains your catalog for a file ending in '.lrcat.lock', then delete it. The application should now be able to launch.
