LRC says catalog can not opened

LRC says catalog can not opened because another catalog is already opend. But everything is closend. So I can not open anymore,

What can I do???

Go to your operating system (Windows Explorer or Mac Finder), find the folder where your Lightroom catalog file is saved, and in that folder delete a file whose name ends with .LOCK (might be lower case). DO NOT DELETE ANYTHING ELSE.
