LrC stuck uploading one Smart Preview to the Cloud

I have an image which I saved from Ps as a tif.

The image is in a collection and is constantly trying to upload.

I have thousands of other files, including many tif files, successfully uploaded to the cloud but no matter what I do I am always left with this one file constantly uploading. There are no error messages, just a constant attempt to upload.

If I add other images to collections they all sync and once again I am left with this one file.

Any help appreciated.

Removing the tif from the catalog allowed the collection to sync completely without the image.

Adding the same image back to the catalog and collection has caused it to sync properly.

So I have a workaround, I will come back if the problem persists.
