LRC Wont Start missing file

I can't start LRC and get the message below.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program three times with no luck.  Im running Windows7 Home Premier edition version 6.1

"The program can't start because VCRUNTIME140_1.dll is missing from your computer.  Try reinstalling the program to fix the issue."

There are a few threads on this error, and I believe the solution has been found. You need to search the forum for VCRUNTIME140

You do that by Clicking the "More..." link at the bottom of your post, Selecting "Edit Message" and then use the "Insert Photos" icon in the tool bar at the top of the Post/Reply/Edit dialog box like this.
