While using the adjustment brush I am frequently getting the "spinning beach ball". Lightroom becomes very sluggish to the point of being unusable. Also, white boxes are appearing on my image in the develop module (see attached photo). The white boxes are not on the image in the library module but as soon as I go back to the develop module, they are there.
Just recently installed MacOS Catalina on my system (clean install). Re-installed Lightroom Classic and Photoshop. Never had this problem on Mojave.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Many many MACOS users with various Apple rigs, various MACOS versions, are having huge problems with LrC v10.1.
And LrC v10.1.1 only fixed one issue, of no help to most MACOS user problems.
Consider rolling back to LrC v10.0

Thank you for the reply. I just downgraded to Lightroom Classic v10.0 and the problem seems to be solved. Much appreciated!
