Meu Lightroom não esta funcionando!!

Eu abro o aplicativo, e fica carregando, mas não abre meus albuns na biblioteca e nem a revelação!!!

Hi there,

Sorry that images are not showing up in Lightroom and the app keeps loading. It seems like you're using Lightroom desktop. 

Please check it from Help>>System info menu in Lightroom. 

Would you mind checking out the steps mentioned below? You can resolve this issue by signing out and then signing in again.

• From the menu bar, choose Help > Sign Out.
• Lightroom will now restart.
• Sign in with your Adobe ID again when prompted.
