Hi,
I downloaded my RAWs from Lr CC to my computer and I can see them in Lr Classic.
Can I safely delete them now and they will remain with editing setting on my computer?
Hi there,
If you imported the downloaded raw images using the "Add" option in Lightroom Classic, it's better to keep the images with you. If you've coped them in Lightroom Classic using the "Copy" option then it's safe to delete the duplicates. Hi,
Thank You for the reply.
I don't remember whether I use "Copy" or "Add" option. However, if I see RAW files on my computer, in Finder, it means that I have them on hard drive, ergo they are independent of the ones that are in Adobe Cloud, right?
P.S. Where Lightroom Classic save all editing settings? In .lrcat file or somewhere else?

Lightroom Classic works with local storage! You can delete the images from the cloud, but you must keep the downloaded images on your computer. Settings are indeed saved inside the catalog file (.lrcat), but the images themselves are not in there.

Thanks a lot!
