Hi,

We're sorry about the trouble with Lightroom Classic. Would you mind telling us which version of Lightroom Classic are you using along with the macOS version of your computer? Did you start experience this issue after an update to Lightroom Classic or macOS, or just randomly?

You can try to reset the preferences of Lightroom using the steps mentioned here: https://adobe.ly/2JSym5e

Please backup your presets prior to resetting the preferences.

Let us know how it goes!

Regards,

Nikunj

I had similar issues. I had to uninstall and reinstall most current version.
