I don't have the sync option in conllections anymore. I also uploaded a few pictures to test with Lightroom mobile and they are not syncing with Lightroom Classic (it works with Lightroom)
Using Lightroom Classic 10.1 and according to the settings it is synced.

You can only have one catalog synced with the cloud. Do you have more than one catalog?

Since I never download attachments, please include your screen capture in your reply by clicking on the "Insert Photos" icon.
Go to Preferences, click on the Lightroom Sync tab, hold down the Alt key and click on "Rebuild Sync Data".
That did it,it is now syncing.
