Mobile sync problem

everytime i press sign in it brings the pop up box up and then it dissapears and still asks me to sign in to sync over mobile?

Ok after a lot of messing around I managed to fix it by uninstalling both creative cloud app and Lightroom, reinstalling creative cloud then i downloaded the previous version of Lightroom and updated it to the latest one again and it seemed to start working again   ‍:male_sign:

Just glad it's sorted
