I switched from my Samsung S9 to an S10 and after logging on, my photos and presets were gone!  I did not have a subscription. How can I get them back?! I paid for these presets and would like them back. Help! Thank you in advance.

If you do not have a subscription, then the photos and presets were stored locally. Maybe you can restore them from a phone backup, otherwise they might be lost. Don't you still have the old phone?

Darn!! Do you know if there would be a way of transferring the presets over from my old phone to the new one?

I do have the old phone.

You would have to restore the new phone with a backup of the old phone.
