I am retired and don't think I'll live long enough to receive adequate attention from Adobe to help me with this problem. I have now read a number of similar complaints in the community. How does one get Adobe support for a recurring problem that prevents constructive work with these products?
Reecomend that you include your system information as LrC reports it.

Please post your System Information as Lightroom Classic (LrC) reports it. In LrC click on Help, then System Info, then Copy. Paste that information into a reply. Please present all information from first line down to and including Plug-in Info. Info after Plug-in info can be cut as that is just so much dead space to us non-Techs.
