Navigator Panel shows dates not names

In the Navigator Panel I use to see the name of the file where the Photos  reside, now I only see dates what is going on and how do I fix this

Press Ctrl/J (PC) Cmd/J (Mac) And configure what it is that you want displayed. Then you can press I to change between the two configurations that you can choose or you can have it so that it only displays momentarily after the image first has focus.
