New computer, where are my presets????

I just purchased a new computer, I downloaded Lightroom and signed in, however none of my presets, brushes, or photos are here. When I went to sync it in the top right hand corner, it just synced from my iphone. I dont really care about the photos, I just want my presets and brushes, PLEASE HELP!

You have to load them from a storage location. Plenty of tutorials on you tube to do this. Sync does not address neither presets nor brushes.
