New develop presets missing in Quick Develop and Develop Settings (import)

Friends,

As of the latest LR update (Classic 9.2, ACR 12.2), whenever I create a new development present it will not show up as a choice in Quick Develop (Library module) or as an option in Develop Settings during import. Why is this the case? Is it in some way related to the new Preference Presets for import?

In the Develop module, in the Presets Panel, click on the + symbol, select Manage, click on the presets you want available.

This affects other modules
