Newest version of Lightroom Classic

Since updating to Catalina and then updaing Lightroom Classic, when in "Develop" I can no longer use the Brush tool.  I click on brush, set my parameters and then once the brush hits the edge of the image it stops. You can move the brush all around the  image but not over the image itself. 

Anyone else?  Any fixes?

Restart your system.

Reset the LR preferences.

After that IF it still happens show us a screen shot of what you are seeing.
