I'm having syncing problems with my Lightroom classic. I have contacted support over seven times in the last week. They have always said they would call me back and they never do. What is going on? They have always been great in the past from my experience. Even the chat customer service hangs up before they get anywhere. Is this anyway to serve paying subscribers?

Please post your System Information as Lightroom Classic (LrC) reports it. In LrC click on Help, then System Info, then Copy. Paste that information into a reply. Please present all information from first line down to and including Plug-in Info. Info after Plug-in info can be cut as that is just so much dead space to us non-Techs.

Thanks for your responses. I'm syncing my iMac to my iPad and iPhone which I have done for many years. I am not new to this. The sync info shows that it is stuck for some reason. Here is the system info.
