No images whatsoever are rendered in LRC Windows 10 v9.x

I have installed LRC on a Windows 10 machine from my CC subscription.

I am running an AMD Ryzen 3600x, 16GB of RAM, Terabytes of free storage, and a eVGA RTX 2060 with 6GB of vram. I am running in native screen resolution 3840x2160.

LRC shows no images whatsever. Not in the import window, not in the library window, not in the develop window. No where.  Just gray boxes. It knows there are images, I can see the meta-data, but it renders nothing. I have removed and reinstalled, rebooted, made sure I am running the latest drivers for the 2060.

I have turned off the GPU in the setting, seem stupid but I did, I downed a LUA file that disables Direct2D (its show diasabled as true in the system information).

LightRoom 3.4 can and does render images. However LRC 9.x does not. Ideas? I am stumped.
