No panels when I share my screen

I've been working on this issue for a few days... When I share my Lightroom screen as an application window in webinars, zoom meetings, facebook video calls, etc. the preview window is the only thing that is visible. The panels on the left, right, top and bottom are black. I have tried all of the different screen modes with no luck. I've tried every browser I can think of with the same results. If I share the entire screen and switch to LR it works fine and I can see all of my panels. 

Should I just do that and give up on sharing the application window?
