no preview thumb in the grid

Hi there,

I use LR classic in french so it's not easy to translate my problem ! See the picture : I have no preview in the grid. Some of them appears but most of them does not.

I have many pb since I have installed OS Catalina on my Macbook...

I have found the solution... very simple : bad connection of the external hard drive !
