Not being able to use NEF files (update 6.0 to 6.14)

Hello,

I had to reinstall my stand alone version of Lightroom 6.0 and now I'm not being to able to use it for NEF (Nikon raw) files. 2 years ago I remember needing to update to 6.14 through a link but I cannot find it anywhere. What are my options and how should I resolve it?

OS: Windows 10, even though Lightroom says in the System Info 8.1 (?)

Try here.   I believe these downloads are the NEWEST versions of Lr 6 that do not need updates.
