Online public collections not sorting by capture date

Hi,

Here's a quick description:

• I have a collection in LrC CC 2020 on Mac. Everything is updated and current.
• I sort the collection by cature date/time and it's working fine
• I publish the collection online and make it public
• the collection through a browser is in a jumbled up order
• I go into LR mobile through Chrome on Mac and adjust the order there - it's already set to capture date etc
• I change it, refresh and change it back
• I copy the link and re-paste it into the address bar of Chrome - no change
• I open Safari and paste it there... no change 
• What's up with this? Help! - Please!
