Open and close

Lightroom 4.1 close immediatly after being opened, so i can't use it. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall, but the problem is still present. What can i do?

The first thing to so is to give us more information on your system, the OS and version ...

Any reason why you are using 4.1 instead of the latest LR4 version which is 4.4.1?

I have installed this version some years ago, and works on windows 10

Thank's. But I did it without effect: I open LR, and it close a few seconds after, before I can do anything on the menus

Have you successfully used this version of Lightroom on Windows 10 before? If so, when did you start to have the problem you are having now?
