Pausing Aperture to Lightroom Import

Hi. Has anyone needed to stop the import on purpose to restart it later? I am 32% into the import of about 80,000 images, and a shoot has come up for tonight! I'm wondering whether I can hit the "Done" button, and restart the process where I left off, without starting the process all over again..?

One other question:  the import is (so far) arranged into date folders. I can live with that, but was hoping that the shoot names/file structure would appear. Does that happen at the end, or not at all?

Thanks much everyone!

Cannot guarantee your results, but a student of mine was doing a massive (115K images) Aperture to LR import. When he was about 30% through, the power in his house went off. When he was able to restart the process, it picked up from where it left off. The whole 115K image conversion took almost a week. I have never done an aperture import myself since I am all Win PCs and I don't remember the screen options once the process starts.
