excuse me for my enlish, question I would like to run photoregonition on my external hard drive , dont have a glue how to .

don't want to copy all my photo's to my hard drive or do I have to ???

Photo recognition isn't really a feature of Lightroom Classic. It will see photos when importing and only import appropriate image and video files but the photo's have to be on the hard drive for this to work.

Ir regonise people, handy if you are looking for photo's from a certain relative.

then they all get colected , in my case a relative died and we are searching for photo's for my brother in law.

ans I have lightroom

That is called 'Face recognition' and that is what Lightroom Classic can do. You would need some basic info on how Lightroom Classic works, so I suggest you go to Lightroom Queen site and get her free ebook.
