Hi i have lightroom classic version 10.2 and am trying to make a photobook with custom pages.  I am so frustrated because I see no way to duplicate a cell once I have gotten it to the size i want and no way to tell what the dimensions are of the cells.  I'm trying to create a yerabook style grid page and it si very tedius!

1.  How do i tell the dimensions of the cells on page.

2.  Once I get one the way I want, can I duplicate it?

Thansk!  Kathy

I don't know how to tell how large a cell is but you can duplicate a page layout by right (or control) clicking on the page and selecting "Save as Custom page". You can then add pages with your new cell layout easily.

1.  How do i tell the dimensions of the cells on page.

I cannot find an easy way to know dimensions!

Unless the Page Grid squares can be estimated from page size.

I see 63 grid squares on the vertical 28cm page. ie. each grid square = ~4.4mm

2.  Once I get one the way I want, can I duplicate it?

No. Not by the usual Copy&Paste commands, or any way that I can find!

My suggestion would be to-

1) start with a Blank Page

2) Add a Photo Cell (by the [Right-Click] (Do not resize or move- yet)

3) Repeat until ALL cells are added (ignore their placement)

4) Select ALL the cells by holding [Ctrl] as you [Left-Click] on each Cell

5) Re-shape  (all the selected cells) by adjusting the 'handles' of one cell. (They will ALL adjust  the same)

6) Now click to select only one cell and Move it on the page

7) Repeat the move for each cell until final page layout is complete. (Use Grid Snap to align cells)

OR-

Use one of the 'Multiple Photos' Page templates- and again Select ALL to Re-size/Re-shape.

Finally- SAVE the page as a Custom Page Template.

Note: Custom Page Templates are specific (Will only show) in the Book Size in which they were designed.

Regards. My System: Lightroom-Classic 13.2 Photoshop 25.5, ACR 16.2, Lightroom 7.2, Lr-iOS 9.0.1, Bridge 14.0.2, Windows-11.
